As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with our clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all aspects of the project are properly planned, coordinated, and executed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
