We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Agriculture Extension Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital extension services that support smallholder farmers in Ghana.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital extension services that support smallholder farmers in Ghana
- Work with farmers, extension agents, and other stakeholders to identify their needs and develop relevant digital content
- Collaborate with the AGRA team to develop and implement a comprehensive digital extension strategy
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, private sector companies, and civil society organizations
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of digital extension services on smallholder farmers
Required Skills
- At least 3 years of experience in digital extension or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, extension, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of digital extension platforms and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with stakeholders
