Job Overview
We are seeking a Digital Learning Platform Manager to join our team in Koforidua, Ghana. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our digital learning platforms, including our learning management system and online course delivery platform.
The Digital Learning Platform Manager will work closely with our instructional designers, subject matter experts, and technical teams to ensure that our digital learning platforms are of high quality and meet the needs of our learners.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage our digital learning platforms, including our learning management system and online course delivery platform
- Work closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and technical teams to ensure that our digital learning platforms are of high quality and meet the needs of our learners
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the user experience and engagement on our digital learning platforms
- Collaborate with our marketing team to promote our digital learning platforms and increase adoption rates
- Monitor and analyze usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in managing digital learning platforms
- Strong understanding of learning management systems and online course delivery platforms
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
