Job Overview
The Digital Literacy Program Coordinator will lead HP Inc.’s efforts to design, implement, and scale digital literacy programs in Cape Coast and surrounding regions. This role requires collaboration with schools, NGOs, and local authorities to create tailored training solutions for students, educators, and community members. The ideal candidate will drive measurable impact by leveraging HP Inc.’s technology and resources to empower individuals with essential digital skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital literacy training programs for diverse audiences, including students, teachers, and community leaders.
- Partner with schools, NGOs, and government agencies to identify needs and align initiatives with national education goals.
- Coordinate the distribution of HP Inc. technology resources, such as laptops and software, to underserved communities.
- Monitor program performance through data collection and reporting, ensuring alignment with HP Inc.’s global impact metrics.
- Organize workshops, webinars, and community events to promote digital inclusion and HP Inc.’s mission.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in educational program management, with a focus on technology integration.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, timeline planning, and stakeholder coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse communities.
- Familiarity with HP Inc. products and digital learning platforms.
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools to assess program effectiveness.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Master’s degree preferred but not required.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in education, technology, or community development roles.
- Previous work in digital literacy or STEM education initiatives is a plus.
Salary
15,000 – 20,000 SSP per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
