We are seeking an experienced Environmental Impact Specialist to join our team in Tamale, Ghana. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and mitigating the environmental impacts of our conservation projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct environmental impact assessments for our conservation projects and programs
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate environmental impacts
- Collaborate with local communities, stakeholders, and government agencies to ensure effective conservation outcomes
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our conservation efforts
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and local communities
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Conservation Biology, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in environmental impact assessment and mitigation
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and policies in Ghana
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field
