Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct environmental impact assessments for our conservation projects and programs
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate environmental impacts
  • Collaborate with local communities, stakeholders, and government agencies to ensure effective conservation outcomes
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our conservation efforts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and local communities

Required Skills

  • Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Conservation Biology, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in environmental impact assessment and mitigation
  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and policies in Ghana
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field

Experience

5-7 years of experience in environmental impact assessment and mitigation

Salary

50,000 – 70,000 SSP per annum
