Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic FinTech Product Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative financial technology solutions tailored to Ghana’s evolving market. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, launch, and optimize FinTech products aligned with Mastercard’s strategic goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch evaluation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including financial institutions, government agencies, and technology partners.
  • Lead product roadmap planning and prioritize features based on business impact and technical feasibility.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in product management within the financial technology sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to coordinate with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of digital payment systems, blockchain, or mobile banking solutions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and agile methodologies.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Master’s Degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CFA) is a plus.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in FinTech product management or a similar role.
  • Experience in Ghana’s financial services sector is highly advantageous.

Salary

15,000 – 25,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
