Job Summary

The IT Officer will be responsible for maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing computer systems, supporting employees with technical concerns, and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities (Job Description)

IT Support & Technical Assistance

• Provide daily technical support to staff and departments.

Hardware & Software Management

• Install, configure, and maintain:

Network Administration

• Support network management and system connectivity.
• Monitor internet and internal network performance.

Experience Requirements
