Job Overview

Ericsson is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects in Ghana. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, timeline, budget, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. The IT Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation plans, and project schedules to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education
