🎯 Key Responsibilities
Programme Planning & Management
- Support development of annual plans and budgets for NTD programmes
- Ensure alignment with donor funding and grant agreements
- Coordinate programme delivery across multiple countries
Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
- Produce timely, high-quality, evidence-based reports
- Maintain programme learning and documentation systems
- Support donor compliance and reporting requirements
Technical Support & Coordination
- Work with country and regional directors on implementation
- Provide technical assistance and capacity building support

Risk & Compliance
- Identify risks and implement mitigation measures

Essential Requirements:
- Experience in programme/project management (NGO or development sector)
