Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct biotechnology research focused on crop improvement and sustainable agriculture.
- Perform molecular biology experiments, DNA extraction, PCR analysis, and genetic characterization.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Microbiology, Plant Science, Biochemistry, or related discipline.
- Master’s Degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Genetics, Plant Biotechnology, or related field preferred.
- PhD qualification will be considered an added advantage for senior-level placement.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in biotechnology research, laboratory operations, or agricultural biotechnology.
- Practical experience with molecular techniques and laboratory protocols.
- Experience in plant breeding, genomics, bioinformatics, or crop research is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage research projects and scientific documentation.
