Job Overview
As a Sustainable Agriculture Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting sustainable agriculture practices among farmers in Ghana. You will work closely with our sales team, farmers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement sustainable agriculture programs.
Your main responsibility will be to promote the adoption of sustainable agriculture practices, such as conservation agriculture, integrated pest management, and crop rotation. You will also provide training and technical support to farmers on the use of our products and services.
In addition, you will work with our research and development team to identify new opportunities for sustainable agriculture in Ghana. You will also collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to develop and implement marketing campaigns and sales strategies that promote sustainable agriculture.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote sustainable agriculture practices among farmers in Ghana
- Develop and implement sustainable agriculture programs

Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, agronomy, or a related field

- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments
