Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sustainable Fashion Designer to join our design team in Ho, Ghana. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing sustainable fashion collections that meet our brand’s high standards of quality, style, and environmental responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion design, a passion for sustainability, and excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop sustainable fashion collections that meet our brand’s high standards of quality, style, and environmental responsibility
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs are feasible, on-trend, and meet customer needs
• Conduct research on sustainable materials, production methods, and supply chain practices to inform design decisions
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in sustainable fashion

Required Skills

• Strong background in fashion design with a focus on sustainability
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field from a recognized institution

Experience

5-7 years of experience in fashion design, with a focus on sustainability

Salary

3000-5000 SSP per month, depending on experience and qualifications
