Job Overview
We are seeking a UX Researcher to join our IT team in Obuasi, Ghana. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting user research to inform the design of our digital products and services.
The UX Researcher will work closely with our design and product teams to identify user needs and develop user-centered design solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human-computer interaction, psychology, or a related field, and experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to inform the design of our digital products and services
- Develop and implement user research plans and methodologies
- Conduct usability testing and analyze results to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with design and product teams to develop user-centered design solutions
- Communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in UX research or a related field
- Strong understanding of human-computer interaction principles and user-centered design methodologies
- Experience with usability testing and user research methods
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
