As a Water Resources Manager, you will play a critical role in managing our water resources program in Ghana. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies to conserve and manage water resources in a sustainable manner.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in water resources management and a proven track record of managing complex projects. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to conserve and manage water resources in a sustainable manner
- Manage our water resources program in Ghana, including budgeting and reporting
- Work closely with our team to develop and implement projects to conserve and manage water resources
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and local communities, to promote sustainable water management practices
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and local communities
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, natural resources management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in water resources management, preferably in a developing country context
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and budgets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, natural resources management, or a related field.
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in water resources management, preferably in a developing country context.
