Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using industry-leading platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements and identify automation opportunities.
  • Create detailed process design documents (PDDs) and solution design documents (SDDs) for RPA initiatives.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and accuracy of automated processes.
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot existing RPA bots to ensure optimal performance and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Adhere to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines in RPA development.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other team members on RPA solutions.
  • Continuously research and evaluate new RPA technologies and tools to recommend improvements and innovations.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in at least one major RPA platform (UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere).
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Python, VB.NET, or Java.
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Experience with process analysis, design, and optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.

Education

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related field from a recognized institution is required. Relevant certifications in RPA platforms are a significant advantage.

Experience

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of progressive experience in Robotics Process Automation development, with a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing RPA solutions in a corporate environment. Experience in industrial automation or a similar sector will be highly valued.
