The Chief Robotics Engineer will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of autonomous robotic systems tailored for industrial environments in the Western Region. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic design and deployment of industrial robotic cells and autonomous mobile robots (AMRs).

- Conduct rigorous risk assessments and safety audits to ensure compliance with ISO robotic safety standards.

- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership during the troubleshooting of complex system failures.
- Analyze operational data to implement predictive maintenance schedules for robotic fleets.
Required Skills
- Expert proficiency in ROS (Robot Operating System) and C++/Python programming.
- Deep understanding of PLC programming (IEC 61131-3) and industrial communication protocols like EtherCAT and PROFINET.
- Advanced knowledge of 3D CAD software (SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor) for mechanical design.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale engineering budgets and project timelines.
