Job Overview:As a Sustainable Fashion Designer at H&M Ghana Limited, you will be responsible for designing and developing sustainable fashion collections that meet the needs of our customers while minimizing our environmental impact. You will work closely with our design team to create innovative and stylish designs that reflect our brand values.
- Design and develop sustainable fashion collections that meet our brand’s sustainability goals
- Collaborate with our design team to create innovative and stylish designs
- Source sustainable materials and suppliers to reduce our environmental impact
- Develop and implement sustainable production processes to reduce waste and energy consumption
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and sustainability best practices
Required Skills:
- 5-7 years of experience in fashion design and development
- Strong knowledge of sustainable fashion practices and materials
- Excellent design and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field
