Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team in Ho, Ghana. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to the business, including financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will work closely with the business leaders to develop and implement financial plans and strategies that drive business growth and profitability. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business growth and profitability
• Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes and procedures
• Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement financial plans and strategies
• Provide financial reporting and analysis to support business performance management

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
