Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end logistics operations at the Ho hub, including inbound and outbound freight handling.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
• Manage a team of supervisors, coordinators, and warehouse staff, providing coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service, and customs teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and on‑time delivery.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on‑time delivery, inventory accuracy, and warehouse throughput, and report findings to senior management.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and DHL’s internal policies.
• Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
