We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Accessibility Specialist to join our Accessibility Team in Bolgatanga, Ghana. As a Digital Accessibility Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products and services are accessible to people with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct accessibility audits and testing of our products and services to identify accessibility barriers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement accessibility solutions and ensure compliance with accessibility standards
- Develop and maintain accessibility guidelines and best practices for our products and services
- Provide training and support to employees on accessibility and inclusive design principles
- Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to advance accessibility and inclusive design in the industry
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines, including WCAG 2.1 and Section 508
- Experience with accessibility testing tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Experience
3-5 years of experience in accessibility, inclusive design, or a related field
