Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Risk Management Specialist to join our Risk Management team in Techiman, Ghana. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating digital risks to the bank’s operations and assets.

As a Digital Risk Management Specialist, you will work closely with our IT and risk management teams to develop and implement effective digital risk management strategies. You will also be responsible for conducting regular risk assessments and providing recommendations to management on how to mitigate identified risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular digital risk assessments to identify potential risks to the bank’s operations and assets
  • Develop and implement effective digital risk management strategies to mitigate identified risks
  • Collaborate with IT and risk management teams to ensure alignment of digital risk management strategies with overall risk management objectives
  • Provide recommendations to management on how to mitigate identified digital risks
  • Develop and maintain digital risk management policies and procedures

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital risk management or related field
  • Strong knowledge of digital risk management principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
