Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled E-Commerce Platform Developer to design, develop, and optimize our digital marketplace. This role will focus on enhancing user experience, integrating payment systems, and ensuring seamless functionality across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to Ghana’s growing tech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable e-commerce solutions using modern programming frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improve platform performance

    • li>Design and optimize APIs for payment gateways, inventory systems, and third-party integrations

  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to security and quality standards
  • Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or similar programming languages
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom solutions)
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and cloud computing (AWS, Azure)
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centric design
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in e-commerce development or software engineering.

Salary

15,000 – 20,000 SSP per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
