Job Overview
The Head of Retail Banking Operations will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of retail banking services in the Ho branch network. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve branch performance targets.
- Oversee daily retail banking activities, including account opening, cash handling, and loan processing.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Candidates must possess at least ten years of progressive experience in retail banking operations, with a minimum of five years in a senior leadership role. Salary
