Job Overview
We are seeking a Sustainability Reporting Specialist to join our team in Sekondi, Ghana. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and publishing our annual sustainability report, as well as providing support for other sustainability-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and publish our annual sustainability report, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Provide support for other sustainability-related initiatives, including stakeholder engagement and sustainability performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather data and information for the sustainability report.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including NGOs and community groups.
Required Skills
- At least 3 years of experience in sustainability reporting or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science or business.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
