Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement technology-driven teaching strategies aligned with national curriculum standards
- Provide training to educators on digital tools like Cambridge Elevate and online assessment platforms
- Collaborate with school administrators to evaluate technology needs and recommend solutions
- Develop interactive e-learning content for STEM subjects using multimedia authoring tools
- Monitor student engagement metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
Required Skills
- Expertise in educational software (Moodle, Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams)
- Strong understanding of blended learning methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving abilities with a focus on user-centric design
- Fluency in both English and local languages (Akan preferred)
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Education Technology, Instructional Design, or related field
- Master’s degree in Educational Technology or Computer Science (preferred)
Experience
- 3-5 years in educational technology implementation
- Proven experience in K-12 digital learning environments
- Project management experience in educational settings
Salary
15,000 SSP – 20,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
