Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement technology-driven teaching strategies aligned with national curriculum standards
  • Provide training to educators on digital tools like Cambridge Elevate and online assessment platforms
  • Collaborate with school administrators to evaluate technology needs and recommend solutions
  • Develop interactive e-learning content for STEM subjects using multimedia authoring tools
  • Monitor student engagement metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement

Required Skills

  • Expertise in educational software (Moodle, Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams)
  • Strong understanding of blended learning methodologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Problem-solving abilities with a focus on user-centric design
  • Fluency in both English and local languages (Akan preferred)

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education Technology, Instructional Design, or related field
  • Master’s degree in Educational Technology or Computer Science (preferred)

Experience

  • Project management experience in educational settings

Salary

15,000 SSP – 20,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
