Job Overview: The Renewable Energy Project Manager will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of renewable energy projects in Ghana. This includes project planning, coordination, and execution, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. The successful candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement renewable energy projects in Ghana, including solar, wind, and hydro power
- Manage project planning, coordination, and execution, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, and project partners
- Monitor and report on project progress, including financial, technical, and environmental performance
Required Skills:
- Master’s degree in Renewable Energy or related field
- 8-12 years of experience in renewable energy project management
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in Ghana
