Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end risk assurance engagements for clients in banking, manufacturing, energy, telecom and government sectors.
  • Develop and implement risk‑based audit plans aligned with international standards and client objectives.
  • Manage and mentor a team of auditors, providing coaching, performance feedback and professional development.
  • Identify emerging risks, recommend mitigation strategies and present findings to senior client stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with KPMG’s global risk assurance network to leverage best practices and innovative tools.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high‑quality reports, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposal writing and client relationship management.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior executives.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment frameworks such as COSO, ISO 31000 and IFRS.
  • Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., ACL, IDEA, Power BI) to enhance audit efficiency.
  • Leadership qualities with a track record of managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality.

Education

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline is required. Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CIA or CISA are highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.

Experience

Applicants must have 5‑7 years of progressive experience in risk assurance, internal audit or related advisory services, preferably within a Big Four or reputable professional services firm. Experience across multiple industries, especially banking, energy, telecom or public sector, will be valued.

Salary

The compensation package ranges from SSP 3,500 to SSP 5,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The package includes performance‑based bonuses, health insurance, pension contributions and other statutory benefits.
