We are seeking a Sustainability Reporting Manager to join our team in Wa, Ghana. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our sustainability reporting strategy, ensuring compliance with global reporting standards, and providing insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement our sustainability reporting strategy, ensuring compliance with global reporting standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for sustainability reporting
  • Provide insights to inform business decisions and drive sustainability performance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including NGOs, investors, and customers
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of sustainability data and reporting

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, sustainability, or business
  • 5 years of experience in sustainability reporting, preferably in a multinational company
  • Strong knowledge of global sustainability reporting standards, such as GRI and CDP
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, sustainability, or business

Experience

5 years of experience in sustainability reporting, preferably in a multinational company
