Job Overview

Adskin Ghana Limited is seeking a dedicated Textile Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality control initiatives across production lines. This role is critical in maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence in textile manufacturing and ensuring compliance with international quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine quality inspections of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods.
• Develop and implement quality assurance protocols aligned with ISO 9001 standards.
• Analyze production defects and propose corrective actions to minimize waste and rework.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize textile manufacturing processes.
• Train staff on quality control procedures and safety standards.
• Prepare detailed quality reports and present findings to senior management.

Required Skills

• Expertise in textile quality management systems (TQMS).
• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and defect analysis tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of sustainable textile production practices.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. A Master’s Degree in Quality Management is a plus.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in textile quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Experience with automated textile machinery and digital quality inspection tools is advantageous.

Salary

15,000 – 20,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and performance.
