Job Overview

The Brand Activation Manager will spearhead the planning, execution, and measurement of integrated brand activation campaigns that bring Coca‑Cola’s portfolio to life across Ghana. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand activation strategies aligned with national marketing objectives and local market insights.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end execution of experiential events, sampling programs, digital activations, and partnership initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Trade Marketing, Sales, and Consumer Insights teams to ensure seamless integration of activation tactics.
  • Manage agency relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee creative production to deliver high‑quality brand experiences.
  • Monitor campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, sales lift, and ROI, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all activations reflect Coca‑Cola’s heritage, values, and visual identity.
  • Prepare detailed activation briefs, budgets, timelines, and post‑event reports for senior leadership.
  • Identify emerging trends, cultural moments, and consumer behaviors to innovate activation concepts.

Education

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in brand activation, experiential marketing, or related roles within the Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. Proven track record of delivering successful large‑scale activation campaigns in Ghana or comparable markets.

Salary

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from SSP 85,000 to SSP 120,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Performance‑based incentives and bonuses are also part of the compensation package.
